Yeah, you read that right. The Pope has appointed Father Benanti to advise the Vatican’s and Italian government’s on all things-AI and the questions it raises.

Now, it's Monday morning and you're thinking: "Marco, what are you on about"?

See I think we all need an AI guy. Not only someone that is focused on the technology and the data - yes, that's important.

But we need someone in every organisation that thinks about the possibilities, the ethics, the questions. That inspires others to do the same, by showing them the tools and the incredible transformation happening at light-speed.

So my ask of you for this week is: if you ARE NOT the Pope and you're reading this...

Find your "AI guy". Doesn't matter the function, seniority or tenure. Give them the freedom and resources to talk and inspire others. That might be the best investment you can do today, to prepare for tomorrow.

And if you can't find them... Maybe you can become the "AI guy".

Because the future demands we all become "AI guys". Sooner than we think.
